Dear Customers,
The outage experienced on May 24, 2018 between 10:50 and 10:55 in the morning was caused by a power outage in a 30-server section of the ATX servers section in network cabinet number one, due to a circuit breaker being closed by an error of the installation personnel during air conditioning system installation.
Although the error was immediately corrected, partial problems continue to occur because configuration records entered between 00:00 and 10:50 were not present when the network devices restarted.
We will continue to add details about the issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.
Addition:
Due to the critical nature of our work, we have permanently terminated all commercial activities with the electrician who caused the error and the five-minute network outage, and the company they are affiliated with. We have restored all IP accesses originating from the configuration caused by the error.
