Uninterrupted power supply in our data center is provided through modular UPS systems in N+2 configuration. This architecture allows full load capacity to be maintained even when two modules fail simultaneously.

N+1 redundant generator infrastructure is activated against grid outages. Each generator is positioned with the capacity to independently handle the full load of the data center. The transition between the grid and generator is performed via automatic transfer switches (ATS). Generator systems are operated with regular testing and maintenance plans.

Network availability, energy continuity and hardware response times are defined separately under the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Our uptime rate measured in the past 12 months is at 99.99%.

In case of falling below the threshold values set in the SLA, a service credit proportional to the period in violation is applied. The credit calculation method and application procedure are detailed in the contract annex.

SLA metrics are tracked through monitoring and recording systems; shared with periodic reports and detailed measurement outputs can be provided upon request.

Our data center has redundant internet connection through 6 different operators. This multi-uplink architecture aims to prevent outages that may occur in any operator from affecting service continuity. Traffic is routed to appropriate routes according to instantaneous conditions with BGP routing policies.

Direct connection to DE-CIX Istanbul and local internet exchange points (IX) is provided. Thanks to this peering infrastructure, low latency and high transfer capacity for domestic traffic is aimed.

Dedicated bandwidth allocation or burst line options are offered to our customers as needed. Capacity increase requests are quickly planned and put into practice depending on existing infrastructure availability.

Our DDoS mitigation infrastructure is configured to detect and filter volumetric, protocol and application layer attacks. Attack traffic is separated from clean traffic to maintain legitimate user access.

The protection mechanism can operate in always-on mode when requested; it can be activated with automatic or managed scenarios when an attack is detected. Traffic analysis and anomaly detection are performed in real time.

Beyond standard protection, additional security layers such as customized mitigation policies and application layer (Layer 7) filtering can be configured upon request. End-to-end security architecture is supported with additional services developed within our organization such as Heimwall.

Access to the data center is controlled by multi-layered security protocols. Card access systems and authorization controls are applied at every stage from the facility entrance to server cabinets. Visitor access is only carried out with pre-authorized persons and recorded.

All common areas and cabinet corridors are monitored by 24/7 CCTV camera system. Records are kept for at least 90 days and can be submitted to authorized authorities when necessary.

Security personnel work in the facility 24/7 and are supported by environmental security measures (fire detection and suppression, flood sensors, environmental monitoring).

Our data center is located in the South Aegean Region within Pamukkale Technopark. This location provides geographic diversity and risk distribution in disaster recovery (DR) scenarios by offering a geographically independent environment from Istanbul-centered infrastructures.

The advantage of a location outside Istanbul creates a complementary alternative for institutions that want to reduce single-region dependency in business continuity planning.

In terms of network connectivity, domestic access performance is kept at a high level thanks to redundant uplinks provided through 6 operators and DE-CIX Istanbul peering connections.

Our infrastructure is configured to meet hosting provider obligations under Law No. 5651. Traffic logging, timestamping and IP matching processes are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation.

Technical and administrative measures regarding the processing and storage of personal data are applied within the framework of KVKK (Law No. 6698). As a data processor, necessary technical infrastructure support is provided to our customers.

Authorization, data retention and notification obligations are fulfilled in accordance with Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 and BTK regulations. Additionally, our security processes and incident response mechanisms are continuously updated in line with Cybersecurity Law No. 7545.

Our data center holds TS ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management System), TS ISO/IEC 27701 (Personal Data Management System), TS ISO/IEC 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT Service Management System) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System) certifications.

These certificates are audited by independent accredited audit organizations; their continuity is ensured with surveillance audits. Certification scopes include data center operations, customer services, technical support processes and information security management.

Our business continuity plans are regularly tested under ISO 22301 and revised according to current risk scenarios.

Infrastructure migration processes are carried out within a project management framework that is pre-planned and each stage is documented. Before migration, an inventory of your existing infrastructure is taken, dependency analysis is performed and a transition plan suitable for the target architecture is prepared.

Migration operations are generally carried out during low-traffic hours to minimize service interruptions. For critical systems, service continuity is maintained throughout the transition process by applying the parallel run method.

After migration is complete, verification tests are applied, performance metrics are compared and a handover report is prepared. An assigned technical project manager coordinates with you throughout the process.

Our technical support team is available 24/7. Incoming requests are classified by priority level and our average first response time is under 15 minutes. For critical level (P1) requests, the intervention process is initiated immediately.

Within the scope of Smart Hands and Remote Hands services, operations requiring physical intervention (cable connection, hardware replacement, visual inspection, power cycle, etc.) are performed on-site by data center personnel. Thanks to this service, the necessity for our customers to have their own operations team in the facility is eliminated.

All support requests are tracked through the ticketing system, transaction history and resolution times are reported. Potential issues are detected at an early stage and intervened thanks to our proactive monitoring infrastructure.
