Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about the short-term access interruptions caused by Turk Telekom that have been experienced in the last few days. We are physically connected to the Turk Telekom network via 2 different exchanges and 2 different RING lines in a redundant manner. The reason we mention this is to correct the perception of some of our users. The problems experienced were related to software and the BGP protocol, and we worked with Turk Telekom officials for days to permanently resolve the issue, and we wanted to inform you as of today when we permanently resolved the problem.
A permanent solution has now been provided for this issue related to the BGP protocol.
Another ongoing problem that only affected the ICMP protocol has also been permanently resolved along with this issue.
