We are informing you of the changes we have made in our business processes to serve you better. With the new arrangements, we aim to increase our service quality, provide faster technical support, and ensure customer security.
Verified Account
All new users will be contacted and verified by our call center operators during business hours. The accuracy of the information provided during registration is the responsibility of our customers, and unverified accounts may be suspended. Verification has also been started for all existing customers.
Customer Groups
Customers will be grouped into 3 categories: Standard, Gold, and Platinum. You will be able to learn your customer group from your customer panel shortly. Our purpose in creating customer groups is to provide priority in certain service and support processes for services belonging to critical facilities and institutions.
Transition to New PBX System
For your security, we now verify your identity with a robot operator. Customers will be able to reach our call center by entering their customer number, tax identification number or Turkish ID number, and the PIN (Phone Password) set on the customer panel. Since the transition to the system will be made in the near future, existing customers are required to create a PIN (Phone Password) on their customer panels as soon as possible.
Call Center Unit
With the new call center unit, you can reach us by phone Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 23:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 17:30.
Mandatory Transition to E-Archive, E-Invoice System
Our company, which will transition to the E-Archive, E-Invoice system within November, will eliminate paper and envelope consumption and the processes of physically storing and archiving issued invoices. With the transition to the E-Archive, E-Invoice system, accounting processes will be managed by automation systems, and users with Verified Account status will no longer be able to change their customer information. Customers who want to update their information will need to contact us. Tax number and TC number will not be changeable, and in such cases, users will be required to open new accounts.
