Open Position: Technical Support Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Graduated from university Engineering departments (preferably computer, software, mathematics, electronics)
- Has set up, published, or contributed to a personal or private website
- Has theoretical knowledge of network technology, preferably experienced in this field
- Active Google user with problem-solving ability
- Proficient in at least one scripting language or has theoretical knowledge of programming
- Enjoys self-improvement, allocates time for it, learns easily
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication
- Successful in human relations, strong verbal and written communication
- Able to adapt to intensive in-house training system and apply what is learned
- Has reading/writing level English and familiar with industry literature
- Suitable for shift work in a data center providing 7⁄24 service
- Male candidates without any military service issues, not over 30 years old
Job Description:
- Provide technical support as first-level technical support staff
- Provide technical support service through written and phone channels
- Work in three different shifts (day, evening, night) rotating weekly
- Conduct research, gather information, track projects and tasks
- Adapt to teamwork in our 7⁄24 continuous operation
- Provide work-related feedback to product development and business development teams
- Be aware of being subject to continuous training throughout career at our company

- After your application is evaluated, an online test is sent by email.
- After the online test, candidates are called for an interview and a reference letter is requested.
- In the final stage, candidates undergo one month of free Linux, Windows system administration and network technology training; they are tested during training. All candidates who successfully complete the training will be hired.
- Travel, food, and other needs of candidates during training will be covered by our company.
