Job Description
Technical support staff to serve our customers in hosting services and related topics as a technical support specialist at our company operating on a 7/24/365 basis.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced with Linux operating systems
- Experienced with hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, Maestro Panel)
- English-speaking and able to research foreign sources
- Analytical and examination-oriented, able to work in harmony with colleagues
- Has network and TCP/IP knowledge
- Clear diction, committed to customer satisfaction and solution-oriented work
- Aiming for long-term employment
- Has not previously owned a hosting sector business; will not work a second job or do freelance work
- Able to adapt to intense work pace, able to work in shifts
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
- Preferably graduated from university engineering departments (computer, electronics, mathematics, software) or associate degree programs providing IT-oriented education
- Preferably non-smoker
