If the mail traffic on the server is very high, whether intentionally or not, emails may wait in the queue. Usually, emails from accounts that send spam mail accumulate in the mail queue. You can view and clear the queue from the Mail Queue section in WHM.

By selecting a specific date range from the top, you can filter previously sent emails that got stuck in the queue or resend them for delivery.
We may experience email issues on our server in real time. When you experience email issues, outgoing emails from your server will not be sent and will be queued. In such cases, you can use the “Deliver All” option to resend the emails stuck in the queue. It also helps us resolve email errors. When we click Deliver All, some logs will appear; based on these log records, we can check whether the operation was completed successfully or review error records and resolve our email issue.
